FITNESS DESIGNED FOR EVERYONE
Whether you are new to fitness or an experienced amateur athlete, anyone can benefit from our first-class boot camps.
Set in the stunning Gheluvelt Park in Worcester, classes are designed to help you achieve the fitness goals you have set. We offer a number of packages which vary from 1 session per week, to 4 sessions per week, meaning you can book the right amount to fit your lifestyle and goals.
With passionate and encouraging support, stunning surroundings and flexible packages, we're confident that we can help you unleash your fitness potential.
THE BASICS OF BOOTCAMP: WHAT'S INVOLVED?
We typically meet at 6:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and Saturday at 930am. All our sessions are planned in advance to give our clients a full body workout. Any clients with particular goals should speak to Jase - the lead coach - and we will tailor your session to meet your objectives.
Sessions include a mix of running, circuit training, HIIT and resistance training. We also offer Total Resistance Exercise (TRX) sessions. A typical session involves a ten-minute warm up, 40 minute main session and a ten minute cool down and stretch.
Joining an established group can be daunting experience, but we want to assure you that you will be made to feel welcome; everyone on the group has started somewhere. Our strong team spirit will help you feel at home from day one.
Sessions are designed to challenge you, but we recognise that everyone had different limits; sessions can be tailored to your requirements and ability.
Finally, we run a Facebook group to provide regular updates and a forum for providing nutrition and fitness advice. We regularly organise additional fitness-based activities and events throughout the Worcester area.
